Dr. Raelynn Kemp is a core source of knowledge and comfort in my pets' lives. She always takes copious time to review their whole health - physical and behavioral - at every visit. She is remarkably curious and thorough, eager to search for answers from all sources and willing to recommend other experts when needed. She involves me in every step of my pets' care, allowing me to lead my dogs' handling and create a fear-free environment during visits. Dr. Kemp doesn't just talk to me about her thoughts - she collaborates with me to create health plans that serve our needs, goals and lifestyle, with a mind toward preventative care. Most of all, she is endlessly kind and thoughtful in everything she does, from interacting with my dogs to talking me through every step of a procedure so I fully understand the process. I never have to worry if Dr. Kemp will take me seriously or express care for my pets - I know she will listen and choose her recommendations carefully. It is such a comfort and a joy to have this wonderful doctor to turn to with my questions, worries, and celebrations.

We traveled over 3 hours to see if this veterinary hospital would live up the rave reviews we found online. I'm overjoyed to say, unequivocally, it did. We are first-timers with both a bully breed and a service dog, so we are as picky as we are vigilant with his care. Nothing but the best for our boy, who gives us his best all day, every day. I'm happy to say this first visit demonstrated that the staff has the same mindset in handling and caring for our baby. Every employee - from the administrative assistant to the techs to the doctors - were so kind and friendly and quick with the treats! This was not only comforting to our understandably nervous dog, but also gave us our new secret weapon - ice cream cones filled with whipped cream! Dr. Christopher Moritz was extremely patient with all of our questions, and believe me, we had many! He also was extremely knowledgable and gave us lots of great suggestions. He was very careful not to come across as judgmental or critical toward some of our first-timers' ignorance or mistakes. So very helpful and accommodating; they even got back to us immediately with his test results less than 24 hours later ON A SATURDAY to quell our fears about potentially troubling conditions. Dr. Moritz and Creve Coeur Animal Hospital far exceeded our expectations and certainly deserve all the praise we can give. Two paws up for this practice!
